#3, they said they want a bigger build up before summerslam, that might be why.

I personally think that these changes in Pay-Per-View might hurt the WWE. I mean a lot of the old Pay-Per-View (i.e Backlash) started off as an 2 hour Pay-Per-View to fill in the top Pay-Per-View like Wrestlemainia and such before they became top Pay-Per-View, unlike nowadays where the WWE is just creating a big Pay-Per-View event to see if it turns out ok.

Wow, 2 weeks time between NoC and Hell in a Cell... Gonna be quite the buildup there. Not.

Is it just me, or are there seriously too many damn PPVs? I mean, why not just have at most 6 PPVs per year? That way you have solid storylines...and great exposure without making the whole thing appear trite and trivial like it currently appears to be.
Ah well, what do I know. ;)

So they got zero PPVs in June and July and 2 PPVs in October? Thats pretty dumb, not enough time to build up a decent story. WWE has way too many PPVs here, Hell in a Cell shouldn't even be a PPV event. They are making way to many changes and it is hurting the company

All the new PPVs suck. No judgement day? wtf!!! wwe is just creating new PPVs for the hell of it. Breaking Point sucked, Bragging Rights was a crappy version of Survior Series, TLC shouldn't have replaced Armaggedon. Armaggedon was badass!!!
