Ted DiBiase Sr. kicks off the show, as he is in charge. He gets a good pop, even though he is playing a heel. He started by announcing that Edge and Jericho will defend the Tag Titles against Legacy at NOC. He also announced Cody Rhodes vs. Mark Henry and Randy Orton vs. DiBiase Jr. for later in the night. Edge and Chris Jericho b. Carlito and Primo (Non-Title) -Jericho delivers a Codebreaker on Carlito and Edge hits a Spear for the pin. After the match Carlito attacked Primo, marking a heel turn for Carlito. Mickie James and Gail Kim b. Alicia Fox and Maryse -Gail got the pin after hitting a kick to Maryse's face. Cody Rhodes tried to pay DiBiase Sr. to get him out of his match against Henry. Ted refuses. Mark Henry b. Cody Rhodes (Count out) -Henry hit a World's Strongest Slam but before he can pick up the pin, Rhodes rolls out and walks off, causing the count out. Randy Orton b. Ted DiBiase Jr. -Randy hit an RKO for the pinfall win. MVP conducts the VIP Lounge with Jack Swagger as his guest. MVP ripped on Swagger about walking out on his match with Randy Orton. Swagger makes fun of Florida State (MVP's college) and MVP makes fun of Oklahoma (Swagger's). MVP talks about how he got into the situations that he's been in, and rips Swagger for him acting "bored." MVP takes off his jewels like he wants to fight. Swagger said he doesn't fight with criminals and leaves. The start of a Swagger/MVP feud. Evan Bourne b. Kofi Kingston (Non-Title) -Bourne hit the Shooting Star Press for the win. After the match, Big Show came out and attacked both men. He speared Bourne and locked in a Camel Clutch on Kofi. Triple H vs. John Cena for No. 1 Contendership (No Contest) -Toward the end of the match, DiBiase and Rhodes interfered and the match ended. Orton came out and said that since both HHH and Cena lost, neither of them get a shot. Ted Sr. comes out and says that at NOC, it'll be Orton defending against Cena and HHH in a Triple Threat Match.
